1. Purpose and Services
Our academy delivers expert one-on-one training, group workshops, and intense competitive prep for athletes aged 8 to 15. We are dedicated to building superior athletic foundations and leadership skills within our faith-based community framework.
2. Payment Obligations
When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and settle all fees. Registration is only secured once full payment is received. Our system uses secure, encrypted processing for all transactions to protect your privacy.
3. Behavioral Expects
PMV demands a standard of excellence and kindness from every student and guardian. We maintain a positive atmosphere; disruptive or harmful behavior results in immediate removal from the program without any option for fee reimbursement.
4. Safety and Waiver
Participation in volleyball carries inherent physical risks. Parents acknowledge these hazards upon enrollment. It is the family's duty to confirm medical clearance for the player. PMV is not liable for injuries sustained during training sessions or on the athletic court premises.
5. Cancellation & Contact Info
We respect your schedule. Contact info@passionatemotivationvolleyball.com or call 443-466-8117 for 24-hour notice regarding changes. In cases of emergencies or gym closing, we notify families via info@passionatemotivationvolleyball.com as fast as possible.
6. Intellectual Rights
All digital assets, unique training methodologies, and creative designs found here belong solely to Passionate Motivation Volleyball. Any copying or distribution of these materials without written permission is strictly forbidden.
