Coach C has coached at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels for the past 17 years.  She has also been playing volleyball for the past 22 years. 
 
She recently moved from the Baltimore area, where she owned her own organization and has decided to begin the volleyball business again in Charles County. 
 
Throughout her 17 years of coaching, Callahan has coached at the elementary, middle, high school and college levels.  A few years ago, she led the Harford Community College volleyball Division I NJCAA team in Bel Air, MD to a first place victory in the conference. This placed Harford as the first place community college team in the state of Maryland in 2014.  In 2014, Callahan also coached a setter who ranked first in the nation for service aces.

In 2014, Coach C also trained under former 2 time Olympian and professional player Keba Phipps for several months.

Callahan played as opposite hitter at Stevenson University.  She also played at John Carroll High School, where her team won the MIAA Championship her senior year.

Coach C has two bachelor of science degrees from Stevenson University and Life University.  Coach C began Passionate Motivation Volleyball in May of 2022, and is excited with how the program has taken off!
