1. Use a desktop computer for easiest process.
2. Use the same email for all registrations.
3. Follow instructions carefully and complete all necessary steps.
Terms & Conditions for Tryout Registration Process:
1. NO REFUNDS will be provided for any reason from either USAV and/or PMV.
2. The best tryout "Membership" option for girls trying out for club volleyball would be "Option 1" the Junior Tryout-10 Day option.
3. In order to tryout for PMV, ALL tryout requirements must be completed by Nov. 3rd. (steps are shown to the right). No exceptions will be made.

3 STEP TRYOUT PROCESS
Step 1: USA VOLLEYBALL (USAV) AGE DEFINITION CHART
1. View the chart below. Keep in mind that it is important to correctly determine your daughter's CORRECT age group to tryout for the right team.
2. Find your daughter's birth month on the left side.
3. Find your daughter's birth year directly to the right side of their birth month.
4. Look up to determine the age group your daughter would tryout for.
5. Athletes should tryout for their specific age group. The Director may move athletes up to play at an older age group, however, athletes may not play for a younger age group.
6. The age group is important to remember when registering for tryouts below. Move on to step 2, which can be found below the age chart.

Step 2: REGISTER FOR USAV/CHRVA MEMBERSHIP
1. Go to SportsEngine.com, and go to the top right to click "sign in." Create an account as the parent/guardian.
2. Go to chrva.org and click the red button that reads "Memberships."
-Desktop: Red button is top right
-Cell phone: Red button is at the bottom
3. Purchase CHRVA Membership. Scroll down and choose 1 of 2 options:
Please note: NO refunds will be provided for ANY reason.
-Option 1 Tryout Membership: Under Limited Memberships, find "Junior Tryout-10 Days" for $25. Click "Register." Before paying, make sure your tryout dates cover the PMV tryout days. If your child is offered a position on a club team, the remaining $30 fee must be paid on top of the $25 tryout fee. This will give the child a full membership with CHRVA/USAV.
-Option 2 Full Membership: Under Annual Junior Memberships, find Regular Jr Girls 9-17 (full membership) for $55 and click "Register." Be sure the word "Register" is next to the girls and not the boys membership. This will be required if your daughter receives and then accepts an offer for a spot on a club team.
4. Complete the purchase.
5. Read and fill out information for your child. Be sure that you are entering your child's information when it asks who the membership is for. Create your child's account.
6. Check your emails, as you will receive several.
7. Log in to your sportsengine account and click on "Household." You will be able to see your child's profile and your child's membership number.
8. The USAV Medical Release form must be filled out and uploaded prior to tryouts. This will be sent to you after you register.
9. Fill out the USAV Medical Release form and send to admin@passionatemotivationvolleyball.com.

Step 3: REGISTER for PMV TRYOUTS
1. In order to tryout, the attendee's valid birth certificate must be sent to Admin@passionatemotivationvolleyball.com:

2. Pay the early PMV tryout registration fee of $20 before October 1st, at 11:59pm and save $15 (save $15 off $35). If you miss the early registration fee, pay the full $35 tryout fee between October 2nd-November 3rd. Click on the 'Pay Now' button below, and ensure that you click on your daughter's correct age group for tryouts. Mark your calendar with the correct registration date and time. Missed tryout dates will be announced and posted soon. After you have completed all of the steps, we will send you a confirmation email to remind you of the tryout date with reminders. If you have registered, but missed a step, we will reach out to you. We look forward to seeing you soon!
