1-1 Training w/Coach C

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: must be made 24 hours in advance. Gym time is paid for ahead of time and therefore cancellations for any reason unfortunately after 24 hours, will result in a missed session. Client may receive 1 emergency missed session within a time span of 6 months. Late Policy: We understand that things happen, but again we do have to pay for and book gym time ahead of time. Therefore, the sessions will begin and end as according to plan and there is a 15 min. athlete grace period. If the client is late, the session will still end according to the scheduled time for the same cost. PMV does not provide refunds, unless a mistake is made on our behalf. Code of Conduct: Good behavior and respect should be shown at all times by both the trainer and the client. No bad language should be used. The athlete should be willing to take feedback from the trainer, respectfully and the trainer must be willing to listen to the client's needs.
