Terms of Reversal
At Passionate Motivation Volleyball, we prioritize high-level coaching and facility quality for all athletes. To ensure these standards, all payments are non-refundable as resources and court times are committed immediately upon every student registration.
Enrollment Policy
Payments for camps, specialized clinics, and seasonal leagues contribute directly to our operational logistics and coaching overhead. Because these costs are fixed once a spot is reserved, PMV cannot provide monetary returns. This protocol allows us to maintain the elite training infrastructure that helps our young players excel.
Credit Transfer Options
While we do not offer cash back, our leadership understands that hardship happens. In cases involving documented medical emergencies or permanent moves, we may authorize credit toward a future program at our discretion. Please note these adjustments are reviewed case-by-case and are never guaranteed by the staff.
