Common Questions
When is my child ready for the Intermediate Program?
Transition happens when basic mechanics—passing, setting, and serving—become consistent. Our coaches evaluate skills and game IQ to ensure they are ready for the faster pace and technical complexity of intermediate play.
What are the PHITE Standards in Intermediate training?
Our PHITE framework (Purpose, Heart, Integrity, Training, Excellence) is integrated into every drill. In the Intermediate phase, we focus on positional mastery and developing a leader’s heart on the court.
What is the time commitment for this level?
Intermediate programs typically involve two training sessions per week, with occasional weekend clinics. We balance rigorous technical work with discipleship to ensure growth without burnout.
How do these classes prepare girls for competitive clubs?
We utilize club-level drills and game scenarios. By the end of the guide, athletes are comfortable with specialized positions, defensive rotations, and aggressive offensive strategies used in high-level club volleyball.
