TUESDAY NIGHT PRACTICES • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (SMALL COURT)
SUNDAY MATCHES • BETWEEN 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
LOCATION: EPIC SPORTSPLEX
MUST HAVE 8+ MONTHS OF VOLLEYBALL EXPERIENCE

Intermediate Fall League: Shine, Compete & Lead
Join our 9-week Intermediate Fall League designed for girls ages 11–15 who already know the basics and are ready to level up. Players must have at least 8 months of volleyball experience.
Each week includes focused Tuesday night practices on a small court and competitive Sunday matches so players can apply what they learn in real game situations.
What to Expect:
• League dates: November 10 – January 10 (9 weeks)
• Tuesday night practices from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (small court)
• Sunday matches between 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Trained coaching staff focused on player growth
• Continue learning a strong fundamental foundation
• Focus on passing, serving, and game IQ
• Positive, high-energy environment that builds confidence
• Emphasis on teamwork, communication, and leadership
• Must have 8+ months of volleyball experience
• $595 early bird special (price increases to $650 after 10/9)
