Join PMV for an empowering volleyball experience designed to help athletes build both their skills and their confidence!
Athletes will focus on the fundamentals of volleyball, including shuffling, passing, and serving, through fun drills, instruction, and game-like activities. In addition to skill development, athletes will participate in team-building exercises and confidence-building activities designed to encourage positive thinking, positive speaking, and personal growth both on and off the court.
